White furniture dark walls work well also in one of my room. My living room has larger size than other room in my home, and dark wall is the best way to make it looks good and fascinating. I apply dark grey for my living room, accentuated with beautiful white or black wall art, and off course with white furniture there including for sofa, cabinet, TV shelf, but with light grey glass metal coffee table. This idea works well in mine, which creates ambiance and better scheme to be eye-pleasing room for everyone who stays spending time just for gathering and relax there.
White furniture in bedroom, living room, and even in your kitchen will be better to pair with dark walls. Dark and white is contrast, and the important pinpoint is, you will get the good focus by applying this idea. It will be pointless to have white wall with white furniture because it is less attractive and too oldy, modernizing your home can be done by having contrast color for each parties included there. White wall will be good with dark furniture, and vice versa it works best for white furniture with dark walls. Do not forget to add the slight accent there, through accessories and accent lighting, as the way to cozy up the room with mostly neutral color there.
